Our Strategy

Our strategy involves establishing long-term relationships with Biomass Producers including farms, dairies, feedlots, timber companies, sawmills, municipalities, and landfills. We not only provide fair market value to producers for their feedstock but also offer valuable inputs at wholesale cost such as renewable diesel, biochar, and organic pesticides.

We believe in providing a fair wage for all our employees and pay according to the local prevailing wage rates for each position. Phambili USA also partners with local High Schools and Colleges to establish a Full Apprenticeship program at each of our facilities in order to help local youth develop valuable job skills.

We have partnered with a Fortune Global 250 Company in order to execute on all phases of our plant commissioning and ongoing operations.
